VetCalls

VetCalls is a highly flexible service which can be tailored to meet the requirements of your practice. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, you can use VetCalls as little or as often as you need.

All calls are answered promptly and personally using your practice name and preferred greeting. Our highly trained operators are experienced in dealing with daily duty rotas and call escalation instructions.

VetCalls offers a fast, accurate service with rigorous tracking procedures to confirm message delivery. A choice of message delivery methods includes any combination of email, phone, fax or SMS to a mobile phone or pager. Copies can even be sent to a central email address within your business. Non-urgent messages are forwarded by email or fax.
Conversations are normally recorded and stored, so that any queries can be easily resolved. Two separate telephone systems ensure continuity of your service in the unlikely event of a fault with one system.
