The Answering Service boosts your business image by professionally taking important business calls in your company name when you are not available.

All you have to do is divert your calls to us whenever you go out or off duty. Our telephone receptionists will answer your calls promptly and courteously, take messages and relay them back to you at the earliest opportunity. You can also access our service if you only need to cover for a couple of hours a day - we'll tailor the service to suit your needs, whatever they may be.

- Getting the message

Some of our clients collect their messages simply by calling The Answering Service, either when they return to base or from wherever they happen to be. Others prefer us to use fax or e-mail so that messages can be actioned as soon as they come in to their office. A third option is to use a simple electronic pager, which alerts you to call in whenever we have an urgent message for you.

If it suits you, we can answer your calls in your company name. An instant read-out on our system tells us when a particular call is for you.
