Bookings
Once dates have been agreed for courses, a booking form will be issued detailing course, dates, person(s) attending and costs. Bookings indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions and when returned, confirmation and joining instructions (directions, timings etc.) will be issued by e-mail.

Terms and Conditions*
For cancellation, rescheduling at short notice or for excessive rescheduling we will make charges as follows:

• 7-10 working days prior to course commencement date, 50% of invoice
• within 1-6 working days of course commencement date, 100% of invoice
• payment is due prior to course commencement date

Frog reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course if necessary.
*Bookings via Partner Training Centres are subject to their own terms and conditions and will be made apparent at time of booking.
