During March we were super busy configuring all our remaining customers to be able to work remotely from home. All the correct infrastructure was already in place which meant we were easily able to configure hundreds of users to work efficiently from home. By the end of March all the engineers were exhausted but all customers were working as “normal”.
Those customers that had invested in our 3CX telephone system were able to continue to take and make calls in exactly the same way as if they were in the office using the 3CX app on their computer or by installing it on their mobile phone. One user described it as the best thing ever being able to have contact with her customers no matter where she was without having to make any changes herself.
Post lockdown we have seen a surge in customers requesting that we install the 3CX telephone system so that they too can continue to work “normally” from home as most decide that this will be their new normal.
